POSITION SUMMARY

The Mental Health PROS Provider delivers ongoing, person-centered therapeutic services to individuals living with mental illness and/or co-occurring substance use disorders. Responsibilities include facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, conducting comprehensive intakes, and coordinating case management services to support participants in achieving their recovery goals.

As a member of the interdisciplinary (IDT) team, the PROS Provider collaborates with clinical staff, acts as a liaison to community resources, and provides both clinical interventions and practical support services. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a compassionate, recovery-oriented approach. Excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills are essential.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field

Licensure:

• LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) required

Certification/Other Requirements:

• Valid New York State driver’s license meeting agency requirements

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.

Salary : $37 - $43
