Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and stock exam rooms; ensure necessary supplies and medications are available
- Review patient charts and schedules to support smooth, efficient visits
- Escort patients, collect vital signs, and document health information
- Assist with basic clinical tasks such as lab specimen prep and EKGs
- Communicate abnormal findings to providers
- Support front desk operations: greet patients, answer phones, verify insurance, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with quality control procedures
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- BCLS certification (American Heart Association required)
- Skilled in clinical and administrative tasks (phlebotomy, aseptic technique, EHR)
