The Role: Lead with Purpose
As a Lead EVS Aide, you are more than a cleaner you are a frontline leader. You ensure our hospital remains a safe, spotless sanctuary for patients and provide the guidance our team needs to succeed.
Your Impact:
- Drive Excellence: Provide direction to housekeeping staff to ensure Nursing and hospital departments have exactly what they need.
- Master the Environment: Use pro-level techniques and equipment to maintain gold-standard quality scores.
- Be the Go-To: Lead by example with bed moves, floor care, and essential project assignments.
- Support the Mission: Collaborate with your team to maintain the high standards St. Charles is known for.
What You Bring
- Experience: Previous healthcare housekeeping experience plus leadership skills to guide a team.
- Education: HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strength & Stamina: Ability to stay active (standing/walking), lift up to 50 lbs, and handle essential cleaning solutions safely.
- Commitment: Available to work every other weekend to support our 24/7 mission of care.

Salary Range
USD $24.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
