Overview

The Community Home Health Aide, under the supervision of the appropriate professional staff, is responsible for providing personal care that assists the patient/caregiver in the achievement of optimal physical and emotional comfort within the patient's home setting.

• 5x 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating Weekends

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience as a Home Health Aide required
• Must possess a valid NY State Home Health Aide Certification
• Must have a current, valid New York State driver's license and a car in working order
  
  

The ideal candidate will have a prior Home Health Aide experience and will demonstrate basic understanding and commitment to the hospice concept of care for the terminally ill.


Salary Range

USD $18.00 - USD $21.00 /Hr.

This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
