PART TIME BENEFIT ELIGIBLE
The GME Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between the Program Director, Associate Program Directors, Residents, central GME office, applicants, medical students, and other parties as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate efforts for seamless onboarding of new trainees
- Monitor and facilitate activities to ensure that program is in compliance with all GME policies and requirements.
- Collect data and track appropriately to ensure compliance with requirements from the hospital, the broader CHSLI system, ACGME, AOA, and other administrative and/or accrediting bodies
- Consistently monitor changes and updates related to accreditation standards and ensure program remains in compliance with all requirements
- Attend, record, and provide administrative support for Clinical Competency Committees and Program Evaluation Committees, as well as other program-related meetings and/or events
- Other administrative tasks as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum of one year of Graduate Medical Education experience
- Strong critical thinking skills, and ability to research answers and develop solutions independently
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
Salary Range
USD $30.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.

The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
