Performs cleaning and sanitizing duties to work areas, equipment, and wares. Transports equipment, meals and supplies to various destinations according to requests. Promotes and maintains positive service culture.

Responsibilities:
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two (2) years cooking experience either in healthcare or hospitality industries required
- In lieu of the above requirement, an Associate degree in culinary arts or related title and 1 year of experience is acceptable
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate
- Ability to read and tell time
- Ability to perform basic math functions
- Ability to perform both batch and Inline cooking required
- Ability to demonstrate culinary skills and knowledge of applicable standards and use related equipment including but not limited to: broil, grill, bake, roast, fry, sauté, puree, poach
- Exposed to hazards from electrical/mechanical/power equipment
- Exposed to housekeeping/cleaning agents/chemicals
- Subject to hazards of flammable, explosive gases
- Subject to burns and cuts
