We offer imaging employment opportunities across 6 acute care sites, and 9 outpatient locations. We offer specialized imaging within: Cardiac MRI, Cardiac CT, Vascular Interventional Radiology, in addition to CT, MRI, General X-ray etc.

Part-Time CT hybrid nights

Position Summary
In this role, you will perform high-quality CT scans while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and excellent care.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to physician orders and established protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures, explaining processes and addressing concerns
- Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality images
- Operate CT equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor patient condition during procedures and respond appropriately
- Follow radiation safety standards and maintain ALARA principles
- Ensure accurate documentation and patient records
- Maintain equipment and report any malfunctions
- Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff
- Provide compassionate, professional patient care at all times
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Approved School of Radiologic Technology
- Current Certification by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists-
Radiological Technologist Registry (ARRT) (R)
- New York State License as a “General Radiologic Technologist” and current New York
State Department of Health certificate of registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
- BLS certification required within 90 days
- *1 year of experience as a staff technologist for Staff and Hybrid CT roles
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, imaging protocols, and radiation safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
