We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager (Onsite)
St. John’s Nursing Home | Catholic Health Services (CHS)
As we celebrate 40 years of service, CHS continues to grow as a stable, mission-driven organization committed to excellence in care and service. We are seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to join our team at St. John’s Nursing Home.
This is a 100% onsite role. We are looking for a visible, engaged HR leader who thrives on building relationships, supporting operations in real time, and making a meaningful impact every day.
What You’ll Do:
· Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management
· Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (AHCA, CMS, OSHA, DOL) and all applicable employment laws regulations.
· Partner with leadership on staffing, retention, and workforce planning
· Maintain survey readiness, and support and conduct audits and inspections as needed to ensure compliance
· Oversee licensure, onboarding, and HR compliance processes
What We’re Looking For:
· 5 years of HR experience (healthcare preferred)
· Strong employee relations and compliance background
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across all levels
· Experience in Nursing Home, ALF, or Rehab setting a plus
· Ability to work onsite daily in a 24/7 environment
· Excellent communication skills
