Responsibilities
Security Analyst
NOT A REMOTE ROLE
Handling Access Issues, not Cyber Security role.
Research, respond, and resolve incoming Chats to the team channel, email, tickets, and phone calls.
Look-up user accounts prior to start date to identify any issues; submit tickets for resolution.
Prepares for and participates in on-boarding for the region from identification of users through follow up post start or effective date.
Understands and educates managers about Role Based Access.
Assists to identify, track, and monitor onboarding and access issues for the region. Helps develop mitigation strategies.
Accurately documents procedural steps for on-boarding and access processes for the region.
Processes incoming EpicCare Link access requests.
Other duties as assigned by the leader and organization.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or related computer science is strongly preferred. Equivalent education and / or experience will be considered.
1-3 years’ experience with business information systems, onboarding and systems access.
Pay Range
23.98 - $34.78 / hour
