Job Title: Child Focus Recruiter

Program: WWK Foster Care

Salary: $54,000-$57,000 (Based on experience and educational achievements)

General Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• BA degree in the human services field
• 3 years experience in child welfare, including adoption
• Available to have a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend hours as needed.
• Available to travel throughout New York City.

Desired Skills:

• Strong public speaking, charismatic engagement and motivational skills.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills a plus.
• Ability to establish and build collaborative partnerships with child's team and community partners
• Competence in planning, organizing, scheduling, case documentation, and strong oral and written communication abilities
• Must possess strong human relations skills to communicate and work effectively within a culturally diverse work environment and community
