Provide office support to principal and teachers to ensure organized and efficient operations throughout the school. Communicate and interact with staff members and parents in a professional manner. Maintain confidentiality of student/staff information in the school and the community. Answer the phone, assist with attendance, file student medical records, assist with registration of new students through the FACTS portal. Assist with sick or injured students as needed. Publish weekly newsletter online with attachments.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous office, clerical, or support staff experience in a school setting or other fast paced environment preferred.
Salary Description
$16 to $17 per hour based on experience.
