Lexington Catholic High School is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Specialist to help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming campus while supporting the school’s mission and values. This position is responsible for custodial services, preventive maintenance, facility repairs, grounds maintenance, safety inspections, event setup and support, and timely response to maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to workplace safety, experience operating maintenance tools and equipment, and the ability to perform a variety of facility-related tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Work hours are based on the school’s calendar, operational needs, and special events and will require some evening and weekend availability throughout the year. Candidates must be flexible and willing to adjust their schedules to support school activities and facility needs. A high school diploma or equivalent and successful completion of a background check are required. Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
