- Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn.
- Establishing and maintaining a positive homeroom environment.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Collaborating positively and supportively with school administration, faculty, staff and parents to maximize students' spiritual, intellectual, social and physical formation.
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to guide their academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification/license.
- Prior teaching experience, preferably in a middle school setting.
- Knowledge of Catholic teachings and a commitment to supporting the school's mission and values.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
