What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier?
Full-time or Part-time experienced Maintenance person. Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and repair of the parish and rectory facilities. Performs a variety of routine maintenance and repairs including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and janitorial tasks. Must be self motivated and identify issues / problems on the campus. Must be able to use a computer and work with contractors. We are looking for a handyman / jack of all trades. Must be on call and able to assist in emergency situations and respond when necessary and have prior maintenance experience. Candidate must live within 30 minutes of the facility and have reliable transportation.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
