Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Registered Nurse role based in Cincinnati, OH, with clinic day onsite and otherwise the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, conducting health assessments, developing care plans, educating patients and families on health management, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards. The role also involves working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/ English) with proficiency in conducting physical health assessments and developing care plans
- Strong patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical protocols, regulations, and compliance standards
- Ability to educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience in community-based healthcare or working with diverse populations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
