What You Will Do

At Catholic Charities, we believe in serving and enhancing human dignity for people of all faiths and beliefs. Our residential settings provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as the Residential Supervisor at a Group Home in Cold Spring. The Residential Supervisor will lead with heart, purpose, professionalism, and confidence while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and excellence.

As a Residential Supervisor, this position will be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, mentoring, team meetings, and performance feedback.
• Build and strengthen team culture by promoting engagement, accountability, communication, and professional growth.
• Deliver hands-on care to clients and oversee individualized support plans that ensure health, safety, well-being, and quality of life.
• Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, case managers, and community partners.
• Manage operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and home maintenance.
• Champion quality and safety by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
• Serve as a representative of Catholic Charities by building positive relationships with community stakeholders and helping foster confidence in the valuable services provided through residential programs.
• Support the ongoing operation of the home, helping employees, clients, families, and community partners navigate transition and change.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned leader who can build high-performing teams, foster a strong culture of accountability and support, and represent the organization with professionalism and confidence both internally and within the community.

The minimum requirements for this position include three years of experience working with DDMI populations, at least two of which are in a group residential setting, and at least one year of supervisory experience in a residential setting. Candidates with extensive residential leadership experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

In addition, the qualified candidate must possess a valid driver's license and successfully pass both a driving record check and background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading teams within residential services, group homes, healthcare, human services, or similar environments.
• Experience managing employee performance, coaching staff, and building strong team cultures.
• Experience collaborating with families, community members, local stakeholders, and external partners.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and decision-making skills in complex situations.
