Our Community Residential Settings (CRS) provide compassionate, community-based care for adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness. We’re seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead one of our homes with heart, purpose, and professionalism.
What You’ll Do
As a Residential Supervisor, you’ll be the cornerstone of a caring, high-performing team. You will:
- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.
- Deliver hands-on care to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
- Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.
- Champion quality by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
- Experience: 3 years working with DD/MI populations, including 2 years in residential settings; supervisory experience preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and driving checks
