What You’ll Do:
The Mobile Food Services Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Mobile Food Services. This position coordinates the Mobile Food Shelf and homebound food delivery programs with duties that include loading and driving the Mobile Food bus, distributing food, training and supervising volunteers, and serving clients. This position assumes driving responsibilities and works independently (on the Mobile Food bus) while maintaining clear communication with the Emergency Services Program Manager and coordinating with warehouse and volunteer teams. This position will also be scheduled to work a rotating Wednesday evening shift as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Two (2) years post high school
- Experience: Experience with emergency food services or related social services, database management experience, supervisory experience preferred.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, ability to pass background and driving checks; MN DOT medical card and clearance of pre-employment physical assessment
