General Description
Provide day-to-day janitorial services to the assigned properties (Bath/Hornell & Mt. Morris).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Organizes common areas, keeping property free of clutter, cardboard boxes, and trash.
- Wipes down and disinfects all lobby tables, displays and commonly touched surfaces.
- Vacuums rugs or mops floors in lobby, pantry area and office spaces.
- Removes pantry and kitchen garbage daily from building, placing in designated containers.
- Cleans kitchen area by wiping down counters, sink, microwave, and non-pantry refrigerator.
- Cleans restrooms by sanitizing toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Restocks toilet paper and paper towels as needed.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Maintains property in manner that limits potential health and safety concerns.
- Provides friendly, helpful, courteous interactions with clients, vendors and co-workers.
