Holy Family is seeking a highly organized, professional, and mission-driven Dean of Administration to serve in a key leadership role supporting the daily operations and student life of the school. This position combines responsibilities traditionally associated with both a Dean of Students and an Office Manager and is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced school environment and values strong relationships, organization, and service.
The Dean of Administration will help ensure a safe, orderly, welcoming, and mission-centered environment for students, families, faculty, and visitors while supporting the overall effectiveness of school operations.

Responsibilities Include
- Managing front office operations and daily administrative functions
- Assisting with student discipline, behavior support, and accountability systems
- Helping foster a positive school culture rooted in Catholic values and mutual respect
- Serving as a primary point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and visitors
- Coordinating attendance, records, scheduling, and communication systems
- Assisting school leadership with logistics, events, and operational planning
- Supporting faculty and staff with administrative needs and day-to-day coordination
- Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, & strong interpersonal communication at all times
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in administration, office management, student services, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working with students, families, faculty, and community members
