Good Shepherd Shelter Morning Lead Staff
We are seeking part-time Lead Staff to work mornings in our Good Shepherd Shelter serving the homeless populations in our communities. The Lead Staff assists in the day-to-day operations of the shelter by providing shift supervision, support, and training to volunteers. Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, good decision making & interpersonal skills, along with the ability to respond to urgent and/or unexpected situations. Prior experience with the homeless or vulnerable desired.
We need 2 part-time employees per shift:
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays | 5:00 am – 9:00 am
Tuesdays, Thursdays | 5:00 am – 9:00 am
Weekends – Saturdays and Sundays (rotating on alternating weekends) | 5:00 am – 9:00 am
