As the Peer Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:
- Incorporate the Trans-Theoretical Model of Behavior Change, as applicable into all aspects of supervision and direct outreach activities.
- Address program vacancies or expansion by conducting interviews, obtaining references and completing other assigned tasks related to the hiring process.
- Provide orientation and training to all new and existing staff as needed.
- Conduct case specific and non-case specific supervision with assigned staff as per agency frequency requirements.
- Conduct individual and team supervision meetings, based on site configuration, per agency frequency requirements.
Peer Services Coordinator Salary: $62,353.20
Peer Services Coordinator Schedule r: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Subject to call
Qualifications:
- 2 year/ Associate Degree in related field
- 3-5 years experience
- CRPA designation
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
