Job Summary
•Coordinate committees of volunteers to expand fundraising and non-fundraising programs
•Identify, cultivate, and steward donors for fundraising and non-fundraising events
•Manage and maintain financial records for each event to ensure that the logistics, budgets, and timelines are met for assigned events and campaigns
•Responsible for volunteer program agency wide including recruitment, orientation, assignment, supervision, recognition special events and volunteer portion of the quarterly newsletter
•Work with outside groups for one time volunteer projects
•Ensure compliance with volunteer standards set by CRSS, United Way and COA
•Support and maintain the vision and mission of CRSS
•Ensure personal accountability for meeting deadlines and responding to volunteer, donor, and other department requests.
•Collaborate with all agency staff ensure the critical growth and success of the fundraising activities
•Work with a high level of confidentiality and integrity
•Assist with other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Special event planning and volunteer management experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Raisers Edge database experience preferred
