The Program Director I/Therapist I ensures the implementation of all aspects of the IHBS program to include but not limited to quality assurance, contract compliance, data collection and overseeing day-to-day supervisor and administrative operations. The Program Director I/Therapist I will also take one case in the IHBS program providing intensive home-based services for families referred by DHS in which issues of child abuse/imminent harm have been identified. Provide face-to-face intervention using a prescribed model and is available to families 24 hours a day, seven days per week. The Program Director I/Therapist I provides 40 or more hours of face to face contact during the typical 4-week intervention and meets with family members three to five times a week in the familys natural environment. The Program Director I/Therapist I must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Hawaii and their Mission as well as strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL and WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Masters degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of two (2) years experience working with target population. May also consider Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field and additional direct service experience with target population. Experience must include one (1) year assisting with supervision such as participating in employment decisions, assigning work, mentoring/coaching, etc.
EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: TB Clearance, CAN Clearance, Hawaii State Criminal Check, Hawaii/National Sex Offender Clearance, Drivers License, Drivers Abstract, Access to Vehicle with Current Valid Registration, Safety Check, and No-Fault Insurance, Education Verification
COMPENSATION: $65,990.87 - $75,519.55
