JOB SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Program Team Lead is responsible for the management of the assigned Residential Services components. The Program Team Lead supports the Clinical Director in managing daily operations and ensuring quality care and supervision of staff. This role is responsible for assisting with staff supervision, training, crisis management, and maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for both staff and residents/consumers.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for the monitoring of efficient & effective treatment and services as assigned by the Clinical Director.
- Assist in maintaining daily structure and program integrity
- Ensure staff are following schedules, routines, and treatment plans
- Support a positive, safe, and therapeutic environment
- Monitor adherence to agency policies and regulatory standards
- Carry a small caseload to assist with programmatic goals and consumer care
- Assist the Clinical Director in the recruit, hire and supervision the staff. Clinical supervision must be in conjunction with the Clinical Director. Assist the Clinical Director in supervising housing/clinical staff:
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and overall performance
- Address staff concerns and escalate issues as needed
- Lead onboarding and orientation to the CSS department for new staff
- Ensure staff are trained in policies, procedures, and program expectations
- Provide ongoing training, refreshers, and skill development opportunities
- Support compliance with required trainings and certifications
- Responsible for ensuring staff understand the goals and objectives of the program and that all are working toward consumer recovery and independence.
- Act as a liaison between staff and the Clinical Director
- Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and case reviews
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, as assigned by Clinical Director
- Oversee the implementation and completion of Individual Rehabilitation Plans, Treatment Reviews and Assessments by staff with input from the treatment team members. Their signatures on the Plans indicate agreement of treatment team.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reports, logs, and documentation
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate care with other community services that work with the consumers, such as community hospitals, entitlement agencies, community medical providers, and other mental health providers.
- Consult and coordinate with the Clinical Director & direct services staff re: all referrals, admissions, transfers & discharges from State Psychiatric Hospitals. Responsible for ensuring all regulations are followed in these processes.
- Assist with the managing of expenditures of the program, keeping the Director informed of spending and needs.
- Emergency on- call availability to staff, 24/7. Participate in the on-call rotation on a 2-week period. Participate in the on-call rotation as required, provide guidance and decision-making support to staff during after-hours situation and respond to emergencies as needed.

- Utilize de-escalation techniques and ensure proper interventions are followed
- Communicate with the Clinical Director regarding incidents and outcomes
- Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and timely
