- Organize and participate in Family/Child Team meetings
- Support adolescent and family with relevant school-related issues
- Facilitate adolescent/family engagement
- May be asked to transport clients to and from program
- Clinical documentation in CYBER and agency EHR
- Bachelor's Degree in mental health, substance use, public health or a related field
