$43,950 plus Sign On Bonus $2,500

This position is a 25 hour per week position and includes a signing bonus and full benefits, with access to FREE CEU’s through Rutgers Social Work program, Wellspring, and Medication Training.

Description

• Conduct Biopsychosocial Assessments (BPS) and provide Outpatient counseling to two distinct populations.
• Assessments will be completed for the Department of Child Protection and Permanency in Hunterdon County.
• Determine diagnosis, identify barriers to success and document a clear and concise clinical summary outlining treatment recommendations.
• Effective communication and time management skills are also expected.
• Outpatient clinical work outside the assessment coordination including providing appropriate assessments (biopsychosocial assessments), treatment plans, case documentation/progress notes, outpatient counseling services, and referrals for psychiatric care.

• LPC, LCSW.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• Location of position is in Flemington, NJ.
• Evening work may be needed to accommodate clients and families.
