Program Statement
Geauga County Help Me Grow Home Visiting Program is a voluntary program that gives pregnant women and families the necessary resources and skills to raise children who are physically, socially, and emotionally healthy to learn. The goals of the program are to 1. Improve maternal and child health. 2. Prevent child abuse and neglect. 3. Encourage positive parenting; and 4. Promote child development and school readiness.

What You Will Do
- Build relationships with families to assess their strengths, utilize case management skills determine their needs, and work together to develop goals and connect the family to essential resources.
- Work as an integral member of the Help Me Grow Program by participating in ongoing recruitment as well as completing enrollment applications accurately and timely to determine the eligibility of families for the program.
- Analyze and interpret data to effectively monitor and identify critical areas that will allow the whole family to thrive including family services, health & nutrition, physical and mental health.
