About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Program Facilitator to join our team. As a Youth Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging programs that promote the personal and social development of young people. Minimum Qualifications:
- associates degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
- 2 years of experience working with youth in a community-based setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Experience with program evaluation and data analysis
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities:
