What You’ll Do
-Provide academic and classroom support to students receiving Student Support Services accommodations
-Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and support staff to implement student support plans
-Assist students with organization, task completion, study strategies, and classroom engagement
-Help foster an inclusive, supportive, and encouraging learning environment
-Support students both academically and socially throughout the school day
-Monitor student progress and communicate observations with the Student Support Services team
-Assist with testing accommodations and other individualized student supports
-Build positive relationships with students while encouraging independence, confidence, and self-advocacy
-Contribute to the broader school community through collaboration and active involvement

-Patient, organized, flexible, and relational in your approach
-Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
-Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
-Experience working with adolescents or students with diverse learning needs preferred
-Committed to supporting the mission and identity of Catholic Central
-Practicing Catholic preferred
