Contract LVN – Medication Administration & Vitals (As-Needed, Hourly)
Location: University area, Huntsville, TX 77340
Type: Contract, hourly, as-needed
I am seeking a dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse to provide in-home medication support for an adult client with Parkinson's disease. This is a clinical-only role. No personal caregiving is required.
Responsibilities
- Administer scheduled Parkinson's medications on time, per physician orders
- Take and record blood pressure each visit
- Keep a simple medication and vitals log each visit
- Report any missed doses, unusual readings, or changes in condition to the family
Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license in good standing
- Reliable personal transportation
- Punctual and consistent. Parkinson's medications are time-sensitive.
- Experience with Parkinson's or geriatric patients preferred
Schedule: 2–3 short visits per day at set times, for as-needed coverage. Visit times to be discussed.
Pay: Hourly
