What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Therapist position at CATHEDRAL HOME?
Provide clinical services, including therapy, case management, care coordination, and client advocacy, tailored to the needs of youth and families across residential, crisis shelter, resource center, and outpatient settings. Support skill development and training for agency staff to ensure trauma-responsive care.
Designated Location: This position is specific to Cathedral Home's Residential Program.
Minimum Requirements:
Education, Experience, and Background:
- Master's degree in social work or counseling.
- Wyoming Provisional Licensure.
- Minimum 21 years of age at time of hire.
- Clean background and youth abuse registry checks.
- Experience with providing clinical supervision to clinicians.
- Strong written communication skills with a proven background in interpersonal, organizational, time-management, oral communication, and teamwork.
- Experience and application in a variety of MS Office Suite technologies.
- Driving record of no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in any combination in the past three years, and no major moving violations within the past three years.
Preferred Requirements:
Education, Experience, and Background:
- Wyoming Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Prior clinical experience working with adolescent populations.
