As a member of the Cathedral Home team, you will:
- Advocate for Youth and Families: Champion the needs of youth and families within the community.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish meaningful connections with clients to provide lasting support.
- Address Community Needs: Contribute to solutions that meet the community's needs.
- Shift: Overnight shift starting at 10:00 p.m.
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- Support Youth: Offer hope and assistance to youth as they work through traumatic experiences and mental health challenges.
- Build Relationships: Foster safe, meaningful, and therapeutic relationships with youth in residential treatment through consistency and care.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain an environment of physical and emotional safety, supporting youth in addressing trauma and developing coping skills.
- Trauma-Informed Care: Provide care that is informed by trauma principles, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
