At 3PL Resources, our team is pivotal to the daily logistics operation. We are looking for a dependable Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our warehouse and office areas.
In this dynamic environment, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider floor team and keeping the warehouse moving efficiently. Your focus will be ensuring that workspaces, toilets, staff rooms, and communal areas stay clean, safe, and presentable for the team every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Office & Workspace Care: Clean and sanitise offices, meeting rooms, reception, and warehouse offices.
- Floor & Surface Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Facilities Upkeep: Clean toilets and replenish essentials like soap and paper towels. Clean kitchen and staff room facilities.
- Waste Management: Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
- Warehouse Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse walkways, entrances, and staff areas.
- Safety & Stock: Follow health and safety regulations, use cleaning products safely, report any maintenance issues to management, and let supervisors know when stock is running low.
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not essential (the right attitude is what matters most!).
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Good attention to detail.
- Physically fit to perform standard cleaning tasks (including walking, bending, lifting, and standing).
- A basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
