What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Floater position at Caterpillar Clubhouse Learning Center?
We’re looking for someone special to join our program. We have a staff with longevity and looking to train someone of the same mindset. We need a team member who is flexible, dependable, and genuinely loves working with children of all ages. The classrooms ages range from toddlers through VPK for our preschool program. Every day is different, so we’re looking for someone who can jump in wherever they’re needed with a positive attitude and a willingness to help.

Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening and be prepared to complete all state required training if not already completed.
Example of some job tasks:
Changing Diapers, Assisting with Toilet Training, helping with meal-time, lunch coverage, assisting with lesson planning, maintaining a clean and caring environment, interacting with staff and families, opportunity to grow into a lead teacher if desired.
