Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience required
- 1 year or more of experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Dependable, responsible, and professional

- Ability to work effectively with children, families, and fellow team members
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment
Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
- Maintain an organized and welcoming classroom
- Communicate professionally and positively with families and team members
- Follow all health, safety, and program policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to provide quality care and education
