With multiple locations across Texas, we specialize in high-volume catering and early-day production and delivery. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Dallas-area operations.
Position Overview
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day catering operations in the Dallas market, ensuring seamless execution, strong team leadership, and exceptional service. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, early-morning operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily catering operations, including production, logistics, delivery, and customer service
- Hire, train, coach, and develop management teams and hourly staff
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards for food quality, presentation, and service
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and labor regulations
- Coordinate with owner and other statewide locations to ensure operational alignment
- Drive operational efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement
- Be present and available during early morning operational hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or a related operation
- Valid Food Handler Certification
- Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work early morning hours consistently and reliably
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as needed
- Willingness to sign a NDA and uphold confidentiality
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Drug testing required
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
