LOCATION: Bentonville, AL (hybrid onsite 3 days per week)

PAY RATE: $45ph / w2

START DATE: asap

DURATION: approx. 3 months with strong possibility to extend

HOURS: Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week

Major retailer of food, beverage and CPG products located in Bentonville, AL is currently hiring for a Manager of Creator Operations who will be responsible for executing the brands operations, brand safety and creator care strategy for their retail media network.

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily business operations for creator & influencer channel, inclusive of iterative strategy & framework, creator communications, and activation.

• Execute strategy surrounding brand safety, customer care, and marketing operations with the intent of providing end-to-end white glove service for Creators.

• Forecast economics of creator efforts, refining roadmaps based on a measurement framework and minimizing risk to the business.

• Proactively identify potential issues and risks to brand reputation and/or platforms, and develop and implement preventative measures.

• Determine Creator care success benchmarks and establish methods of measurement and tracking.

• Manage vendor relationships through managing performance, metrics and identify opportunities for collaboration and mutual growth.

• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to manage timelines counterparts.

• Bring a member first attitude to all campaigns and processes.

• Work closely with product team to understand product roadmap and create comprehensive business plans that align with product launches and updates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related area (e.g. Influencer Marketing/Advertising/Digital, Operations, or e-Commerce and retail)

• Established industry relationships and experience working with business and marketing leaders within client organizations, particularly across media, retail, and/or e-commerce.

• Effective communication skills – you’re equally comfortable hopping on the phone with a new potential partner, meeting them in person, or following up (with a “make things happen” attitude)

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with eye towards building new processes and frameworks that enable efficiency and scalability

• Builder mentality, ability to build programs from the ground up and self-start with little direction. Forward-thinking and skilled at building proactive strategic frameworks.
