Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Tucson Area for a Design Director at our Commercial Foodservice Equipment division. The Design Director will oversee and manage all aspects of the design process, including design management, branding initiatives, architecture, and product design. Responsibilities also include reviewing construction drawings, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are executed with high standards of quality, creativity, and functionality. The role requires strategic leadership to guide a design team and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience in Design Management and overseeing creative processes
- Proven expertise in Branding and Product Design
- Knowledge of Architecture and its applications in commercial environments
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
- A degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the commercial foodservice equipment industry is a must
- CFSP certification is a plus
