Job Description:
- Clean buildings/facilities by sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, and cleaning surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, etc. in restrooms, break rooms, and/or kitchenettes
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas
- Wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
- Handle additional approved special requests from customers
- Maintains all safety, sanitary and fire codes
- Organize and keep track of janitorial and office supply inventory
The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum qualifications:
- Excellent communications skills mandatory.
- Ability to work independently.
- Maturity and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, eco cleaning methods and the use and care of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Experience working in cleaning
- Resilient to cleaning compounds and solutions
- Physically dexterous and agile

- Valid Drivers License & transportation

Pay: $16.50 per hour
