Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in San Francisco. The CMO will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to drive brand growth and user acquisition. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing public relations efforts, creating and executing marketing plans, and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives. The CMO will play a pivotal role in directing the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and delivering impactful campaigns to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies.
- Strong skills in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behaviors that inform marketing decisions.
- Experience in Public Relations, including managing media relations and strengthening the company's brand and reputation.
- Demonstrated success in Sales and collaboration with sales teams to drive revenue growth through targeted marketing strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
