Location: Greensburg/Youngwood, PA
Are you an experienced Shipping/Receiving Clerk looking for a new opportunity? Join our team in Greensburg/Youngwood! We're seeking a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in shipping and receiving operations to ensure the smooth flow of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the verification and record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing shipments with precision and accuracy.
- Expertly assemble and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring timely delivery to our valued customers.
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming shipments, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies or damages.
- Maintain meticulous inventory records, optimizing stock levels and minimizing shortages.
- Take charge of organizing the warehouse and work area, maximizing efficiency and maintaining a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, with a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in shipping/receiving roles.
- Proven ability to write clear reports and correspondence, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, including proficiency in computing rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required.
