Responsibilities:
- Join the opening team and support the successful launch of an exciting new restaurant and beverage program.
- Prepare cocktail batches, garnishes, syrups, juices, and other ingredients according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain bar readiness by ensuring all supplies, glassware, ice, and beverage products are stocked and organized.
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, restocking, and organization of storage areas.
- Support bartenders during service by providing timely operational assistance and maintaining efficiency behind the bar.
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards across all bar and beverage preparation areas.
- Apply now if you:
- Have 1-2 years of Barback, Bar Prep, or beverage support experience in a high-volume, upscale, luxury hotel, or fine dining establishment.
- Are organized and proficient at multitasking.
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Have the ability to manage inventory, stocking, and support tasks efficiently.
- Have flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
