Qualifications
- Have 1-2 years of Barback and/or Kitchen experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
- Have an excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
- Are organized and proficient at multitasking
- Are a reliable team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Have flexibility to work days, nights and weekends
