Full Job Description
Duties:
- Hosting birthday parties
- Making sure our guests are having FUN!
- Up-selling (merchandise and services) to each guest
- Cleaning
- Ensuring a safe environment for the guests
This position is part-time averaging 10-25 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- You must be a fun, outgoing, energetic team player!
- You must love going the extra mile for guests and will always provide excellent guest service.
- You must enjoy working with people of all ages especially children.
- You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to resolve guest’s concerns.
- You must have flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.
- Customer service experience
Pay: $10.75/hr tips
