Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role located in Catawba Island, OH. The CFO will oversee the financial planning and management of the Club, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting. Responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, developing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing financial risks. The CFO will also manage and support the accounting team, collaborate with department leaders, and provide financial insights to support strategic planning and operational decisions.

- Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and managing financial risks
- Proficiency in leading and supporting accounting teams
- Experience in strategic planning and offering actionable financial insights
- Advanced knowledge of financial systems, tools, and regulations
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA preferred)
- Experience in the hospitality or private club industry is an advantage
