We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in our Opthalmology ASC. This position requires expertise in patient assessment, organization and the ability to perform various medical procedures.
*Responsibilities*
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
*Requirements*
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Proven experience in nursing.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations.
- Ability to lift patients safely and assist with mobility as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required within 60 days of hire.
