Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or project management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional demeanor with a client-focused and team-oriented approach
- Comfortable working on-site and traveling as needed
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced construction environment
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience in data center or mission-critical construction projects
- Familiarity with construction documentation, reporting, or scheduling tools
Preferred Education and Experience
- A degree or certification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
- Some exposure to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination is a plus
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 3 days a week to Colorado as needed
- Strong desire to support project execution and maintain client relationships
