Schedule: 1st shift, approximately 40–50 hours per week

You arrive onsite before the sun crests over the desert, review the day’s one-line diagrams, and map out the cable pulls for a new process line. By mid-morning, you’re bending EMT to tight tolerances, setting cable tray, and landing conductors on MCC buckets. After lunch, you megger a 480V feed, verify rotation, and bring a VFD online. The afternoon closes with troubleshooting a sensor loop and basic PLC I/O, updating redlines, and practicing strict LOTO and NFPA 70E procedures. It’s fast-paced, quality-driven work in data centers, manufacturing, and heavy industrial builds across the Phoenix metro.

• Install, terminate, and function-test power and control circuits for motors, process systems, and production equipment
• Bend and set conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC); fabricate supports; and install cable tray and wireways to specification
• Pull, terminate, and megger cables, including 480V three-phase and, where applicable, medium-voltage
• Install and wire MCCs, switchgear, panelboards, transformers, disconnects, and VFDs
• Diagnose motor controls, starters, relays, sensors, and basic PLC I/O issues
• Interpret blueprints, one-lines, schematics, and panel schedules to execute work accurately
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical equipment
• Follow LOTO, NFPA 70E, and all site safety protocols; maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate documentation

• 4 years of industrial electrical experience (commercial-only backgrounds may not qualify)
• Deep familiarity with the NEC and industrial wiring practices
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Hands-on experience with three-phase power, motor controls, and VFDs
• Personal hand tools and a reliable multimeter
• Reliable transportation to Phoenix-area jobsites

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

• Journeyman card (any state) or completion of an accredited apprenticeship/NCCER program
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30; NFPA 70E training
• PLC troubleshooting exposure (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)
• Experience in data center, semiconductor, or manufacturing environments
• Lift certifications (scissor/boom)

• Lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
• Stand, kneel, and bend for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors, including Phoenix summer heat; hydration and heat-safety practices are required
• PPE: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel/composite-toe boots, high-vis, plus arc-rated gear when required
