We’re partnering with a leading global technology company to find an Executive Assistant Business Partner (EABP) to support senior leaders within a rapidly expanding mid-market business unit.
This role is ideal for someone who brings strong business acumen, anticipates needs before they arise, and can confidently manage shifting priorities. Looking for someone who has experience supporting 2-3 Directors.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support
- Own complex, high-volume calendars with frequent last-minute changes
- Coordinate travel logistics (domestic & international)
- Proactively manage scheduling conflicts and shifting priorities
Operational Support
- Manage expense reports, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Plan and execute team meetings, offsites, and leadership sessions
- Support day-to-day operational needs for multiple leaders
Strategic Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner handling confidential information with discretion
- Anticipate leader needs and help drive efficiency across priorities
- Bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build relationships across teams and partner closely with other EAs
- Navigate a matrixed organization with confidence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience supporting Director/VP-level leaders
- Strong experience managing complex, ever-changing calendars
- Proven ability to work independently and think proactively
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in tech or fast-paced corporate environments preferred
Tools:
- Google Suite or Microsoft Office (with ability to adapt quickly)
- Slack (strongly preferred)
- Concur, Workday, or similar tools are a plus
